Individuals living with FASD benefit from routine and structure due to their impaired cognitive functioning. Routine charts can be prepared for bedtime, waking up in the morning, or other daily routines. The example below is a bedtime routine for children or youth, you may want to change the design for adults. One example includes words while the other uses just images, the design you use will depend on the
